BHULI BHATIYARI KA MAHAL
Want to visit a haunted place? Here is a place named BHULI BHATIYARI KA MAHAL situated in the busy Karol Bagh market.
There are many historical buildings in the state of Delhi. But there are many such places which people know less or do not know at all. One of such places is Bhuli Bhatiari Mahal. It was built by Firoz Shah Tughlaq, the ruler of Delhi in the 14th century. Earlier this place used to be a dense forest. By the way, even today this place has taken the form of a forest. The Sultan and the royal family used to come to this forest for hunting. That’s why this palace was built as a hunting ground. There is only one entrance in the palace, in which a small gallery is built, then there is another door, after crossing which there is a big courtyard. In which some small kotris (small rooms) are made. Where once soldiers or servants must have been servants. Or would have been used as a kitchen. Some toilet-like stretchers are also available in the palace. A stairway leads to the top floor. Above also there are two identical toilet-like stretchers, which may be feminine and masculine. There must have been some other rooms too which are not present today. Some ghostly stories are also prevalent about this palace.
The Bhuli Bhatiyari ka Mahal nearest metro station is the Jhandewalan Metro Station.
We don’t agree with the rumors about this place but if you want to visit such scary appearing place then this place would be the right place to explore.
